We wanted to write this note to thank you for the outstanding service you provided us with our recent move to NH. "Simply the best, better than all the rest" best describes our experience. We have bought five homes and one vacation home in four states over the past almost 30 years we've been married. These purchases and sales included 10 different real estate agents. None came close to providing the service we received from you. We moved to NH due to a job relocation from NJ. We were assigned to you via our relocation company and were lucky to get you. From your first phone call to us - you were most interested in what our interests were. What type of house, neighborhood, what are past houses were like, did we know of any places we wanted to be in or not in NH. What were our interests - what did we like to do. All to help provide ideas best suited to our needs. You forwarded us a very extensive overview of NH and the surrounding Portsmouth communities along with a sample of homes on the market seeking our input. We then scheduled a visit to the area to view this first round of homes and tour the area. Throughout the whole process you were very patient with us as we liked some, not others, and became frustrated that we could not seem to find that "right one". You answered all our questions and provided the advice we needed as we did not know the NH market. When you had a conflict for part of one day you even went out of your way to have another agent take the morning and take us to view some homes. Once we found the right one you helped us with the negotiations and entire settlement process....then once the sale was done ... you showed your true value. Most agents would be done at this point but once various issues cropped up with the house and some appliances you went to bat for us helping to find solutions and remedies..never becoming impatient with us and providing the support we needed. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend you to anyone buying, selling, or relocating. Thank you very much for your outstanding service. "Simply the best".

We are writing to express our deepest gratitude for you critical role in marketing and selling our home.  Our very unique 283 year old farmhouse and barn required a special kind of agent to attract the right owner. You were exactly the right match for the job.

You cared about our home and its antiquity, honored its timeless wear and tear, shared its history with potential buyers and took pride in all of our hard work to maintain its appeal. Every time you showed the home, I knew you were trying to find just the right buyer for the house. I didn’t imagine that a realtor would take on such heart and commitment.

When the market took a downturn and property movement was slow, you kept us motivated and hopeful, but continued to market every avenue possible to expose our property to buyers. A lesser agent would have given up when the time commitment overburdened the profitability of the agreement.

In addition, our family added another element of difficulty to the sale in that we had already taken new positions 2400 miles away. We had one leg in Maine and another in Utah. Our extended trips and absence from the property required a watchful eye. You noticed things like an owner and would always report any concerns to us immediately. You took time out of your busy day to make service and maintenance calls for our property and always made sure the landscaping was clean and groomed and snow was removed.

We are not sure how we would have made it through this transition without you and you hard work. Please know that we will always be grateful.

We enjoyed working with Jeff Levine in selling our house. He went out of his way to help us get the house sold quickly and for a fair price. He was always trying to help us out. He would even put our dog in his car, when he was showing the house, when we were not able to get home from work in time. Not many agents would do that. Coming from Massachusetts, we were unable to supervise the construction of our home on a weekly basis. Jeff was kind enough to give us several updates during the week and in many cases Jeff contacted us daily to relay critical information from the seller’s agent. On his own, Jeff contacted the town zoning commission to verify that the land surrounding our house was in fact, off limits to development. This is just one classic example of Jeff saving us from having to take a day off from work to verify this information ourselves. Jeff also did a masterful job in resolving typical issues that arise during the buying and selling process, particularly in cases of new home construction. We are grateful for all the help and his willingness to act as our “eyes and ears” when we were not able to oversee the building process personally. Jeff Levine did a superb job on a very complex transaction regarding a land purchase in Dover N.H. He truly represented the buyer in the sale, something we have never experienced in a real estate transaction. His “staying power" was impressive, as the deal was full of complications as a result of wetlands surrounding the property. I can truly say, he has been the most honest person I have dealt with in a business transaction of this nature.
